Langkah - Langkah Membuat Paypal Indonesia

Sebelum mulai mendaftar, siapkan data-data anda untuk membuat account PayPal seperti Email, Nama, Alamat, Telp (Pastikan Nama, Alamat, Telp yang akan anda isi untuk pendaftaran sama dengan data asli)


1. Klik kotak paypal di atas atau klik disini untuk daftar paypal. Kemudian pilih signup

2. Klik SignUp untuk mendaftar



3. Selanjutnya ada pilihan negara, karena anda di Indonesia pilih Indonesia. Lalu pilih tipe account yang anda inginkan, untuk pendaftar baru di Indonesia disarankan memilih yang personal account dahulu, anda dapat Upgrade kemudian ke tipe Premiere account atau Business account dengan mudah dan gratis sesuai kebutuhan. Apa perbedaan personal, premier, business? (kali ini coba membuat yang Personal)

Paypal : Personal / Premier / Business Account

PayPal Personal Account
Dengan account tipe ini Anda sudah dapat mengirim dan menerima uang dan melakukan penjualan dengan eBay.

Pada tipe ini, Anda bisa menerima pembayaran dari account Paypal lain, namun tidak menerima pembayaran dari credit atau debit card. Tidak ada biaya untuk setiap transaksi yang Anda lakukan pada tipe ini. Ada limit berapa banyak uang yang dapat Anda terima per bulannya. Jika Anda merencanakan ingin berjualan produk dalam jumlah yang besar, tipe personal tidak cocok buat Anda.

PayPal Premier Account
Tipe ini hampir sama dengan Personal Account, bedanya pada tipe ini Anda bisa menerima pembayaran dari credit card, debit card dan rekening bank. Anda juga bisa menggunakan fasilitas shopping cart dan tool laporan pembayaran (payment reporting tool) Premier Account cocok digunakan untuk penjual amatiran yang ingin menjual produknya secara reguler. Jika saat ini Anda memiliki personal account, Anda dapat melakukan upgrade ke Premier Account.

Paypal Business Account
Tipe Business Account cocok digunakan untuk bisnis yang berskala besar atau online store. Pada tipe ini Anda diperbolehkan menggunakannya pada nama bisnis Anda, dan menggunakan laporan dan tool eBay tanpa adanya persyaratan mengenai jenis transaksi. Anda akan dikenakan biaya dalam menggunakan account tipe ini.

Jika saat ini Anda memiliki Personal atau Premier account, Anda dapat melakukan upgrade ke Business account.

PayPal tidak mengenakan biaya pada pembeli dalam mengirimkan uang ke penjual. PayPal akan mengenakan biaya kepada Anda sebagai penjual (penerima uang) sebesar 1.9% hingga 2.9% dari jumlah uang yang diterima.



4. Selanjutnya masukan informasi anda seperti Email, Nama, Alamat, Telp (Pastikan Nama, Alamat, Telp yang anda isi sudah benar)

Email yang anda masukan akan menjadi username PayPal anda untuk login atau bertransaksi menggunakan PayPal kemudian

Contoh penulisan nomor Telepon yang benar : 02177755555 atau 021-77755555 atau 62-21-77755555
Contoh penulisan nomor Mobile phone yang benar : 085731558101

Isi Password anda dengan kombinasi huruf dan angka, minimal 8 karakter
Dibagian selanjutnya diinstruksikan untuk memasukan Nomor kartu kredit anda yang akan digunakan untuk memasukan dana ke account PayPal anda, hilangkan tanda Checklist pada bagian “Link my credit card so I can start shopping right away (recommended)”, anda dapat memasukan data Kartu Kredit atau VCC (Virtual Credit Cart) anda kemudian setelah login di halaman My Account Periksa lagi dan pastikan Nama, Alamat, Telp yang anda isi sudah benar.



5. Anda akan menerima email konfirmasi bahwa anda telah mendaftar dan untuk mengaktifkan account PayPal, buka email dari PayPal tersebut dan klik link konfirmasi yang terdapat didalamnya, untuk konfirmasi bahwa anda adalah pemilik email tersebut.

6. Setelah itu anda akan dibawa kembali ke situs PayPal lagi dan masukan password anda lagi, lalu ikuti langkah selanjutnya, setelah itu anda akan masuk ke halaman My Account.

7. Selajutnya untuk verify PayPal, Anda Bisa Menggunakan kartu Kredit Atau dengan VCC (Virtual Credit Card) bila Anda tidak memiliki Kartu Kredit

Catatan :
Sekarang anda sudah mempunyai account PayPal Unverified account untuk melakukan pembayaran atau mengirim uang ke account PayPal lain dengan limit $100 USD, serta dapat menerima uang dari account PayPal lain dengan limit terbatas. Untuk menghilangkan limit Account paypal anda harus menjadi Verified member (Kebenaran alamat anda yang sudah di cek oleh PayPal). Jika Unverified, PayPal anda belum bisa withdraw ke rekening bank anda. Untuk bisa withdraw menarik uang dari balance paypal, anda sudah harus menjadi Verified account.




Bila Anda melakukan Verifikasi melalui Kartu Kredit
Anda akan kena charge $1.95, dan di tagihan kartu kredit atau kartu debet akan ada kode 4 angka yang diberikan oleh paypal.

Proses pendaftaran sudah selesai. Anda sekarang perlu cek email Anda untuk mengaktivasi account paypal dari email.

Berikutnya adalah bagaimana caranya supaya Anda bisa menerima uang dari paypal di rekening bank Anda di Indonesia:

Anda harus memverifikasi setelah Anda menerima tagihan kartu kredit/ kartu debit dari bank. Jadi tunggu tagihan kartu kredit sebesar $1.95 dari Paypal.

Jika Anda sudah menerima tagihan, maka di depan tulisan PAYPAL pada tagihan kartu kredit Anda, ada 4 angka. Masukan 4 angka yang dikirim paypal pada tagihan kartu kredit Anda seperti terlihat di gambar berikut:



Cara Menerima Uang dari Paypal ke Bank Lokal
Anda harus mengisi rekening Bank. Ada satu infromasi (Sandi Bank Penerima) yang harus ditanyakan pada Bank Anda agar bisa menerima uang di rekening Anda.

Jika Anda tanya pada bank 7 angka sandi penerima, maka mereka pasti kebingungan.

Jadi apa yang harus Anda tanyakan? Tanyalah kode kliring dari bank dimana Anda membuka rekening. Kode kliring itu terdiri dari 7 angka yaitu

Kode bank terdiri dari 3 angka
Kode cabang terdiri dari 4 angka
Misalnya BCA: Kode Banknya adalah 014 :

cabang Pluit = 0168 maka sandinya => 0140168
cabang Gatot Subroto = 0145 maka sandinya => 0140145
dan seterusnya tanya langsung ke Customer Support atau cek lewat website BCA.

Kita awali dulu tulisan ini dengan membahas “Apa itu paypal?” �, paypal adalah sebuah perusahaan on-line atau suatu bisnis di internet yang memfasilitasi transfer pembayaran dan penerimaan uang via internet, saat ini paypal termasuk salah satu anak perusahaan dari situs lelang terbesar di internet yaitu eBay.

Paypal dipilih karena selain aman juga lebih mudah dalam proses transaksinya. Untuk dapat menggunakan service dari paypal anda dapat mendaftarkan diri anda secara gratis melalui situs paypal, ada tiga tipe account yang ada di paypal yaitu account personal, premier, business. Perbedaan dari tiap jenis akun ini ada pada service dan feature yang ditawarkan.

Pemilihan jenis account ini disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anda. Misalkan anda ingin menggunakan paypal hanya untuk transaksi (pembayaran) barang yang anda beli di eBay maka anda cukup menggunakan akun tipe personal saja. lain halnya jika anda ingin menggunakan akun paypal untuk melakukan pembayaran sekaligus menerima komisi dari program semisal paid review maka lebih disarankan untuk membuka akun tipe premier. jika anda memiliki sebuah usaha di internet yang terbilang berskala besar dan menginginkan fitur yang lebih lengkap dan variatif maka lebih disarankan untuk membuka akun tipe Business. Dari tiap-tiap tipe akun di atas ada beberapa perbedaan, selain perbedaan fitur yang ditawarkan, jumlah besarnya biaya yang di-charge setiap anda melakukan transaksi juga berbeda tergantung jenis akun yang anda miliki. untuk lebih detail mengenai besarnya charge/biaya yang dikenakan anda dapat membacanya langsung dari situs resmi paypal .

Perlu diketahui juga bahwa jika kita memiliki sejumlah dana dalam akun paypal yang ingin ditarik/withdrawal ke rekening local bank ataupun ke kartu kredit maka akun anda harus berstatus VERIVIED terlebih dahulu. Untuk melakukan verifikasi akun paypal agar berstatus verified maka anda perlu memiliki kartu kredit (Visa/Mastercard), hal ini tentu saja menjadi kendala bagi banyak orang yang belum memiliki kartu kredit. Beberapa saat yang lalu verifikasi paypal pernah dapat dilakukan melalui kartu debit bank Niaga, tapi saat tulisan ini dibuat hal tersebut sudah tidak dapat dilakukan lagi, eh tunggu dulu ! jangan khawatir bagi anda yang nggak punya credit card, jika anda masih ngebet agar akun paypal anda berstatus verified kini ada alternatif lain untuk membuat akun paypal anda menjadi menjadi berstatus verified melalui alternative yang satu ini.

Alternatif tersebut adalah menggunakan VCC (Virtual Credit Card) untuk media verifikasinya. VCC adalah nomor kartu kredit lengkap yang diterbitkan oleh bank di USA dan memiliki masa aktif sampai dengan tiga bulan terhitung sejak VCC itu diterbitkan. VCC tidak berbentuk kartu fisik seperti kartu kredit pada umumnya, namun fungsi yang dimiliki VCC tersebut sama seperti kartu kredit biasa. Ada dua tipe VCC yaitu VISA dan MasterCard. Nah VCC inilah yang nantinya digunakan sebagai sarana untuk melakukan verifikasi akun paypal anda agar statusnya menjadi verified. Sekarang anda tidak perlu pusing untuk melakukan verifikasi paypal karena di negeri kita sendiri sudah banyak merchant VCC yang dapat membantu memverifikasi akun paypal anda. Biaya yang perlu dikeluarkan juga cukup terjangkau. selain itu, verifikasi lewat VCC akan lebih cepat dilakukan. Berapa biaya yang harus anda keluarkan ?

Untuk membuka rekening di PayPal tidak dikenakan biaya, alias gratis. Ada tiga macam jenis rekening di Paypal yaitu :

Rekening Pribadi
Jenis ini diperuntukkan bagi individu yang melakukan transaksi belanja online, rekening pribadi ini tidak dapat digunakan untuk menerima pembayaran yang didanai dari kartu kredit ataupun debit

Rekening Primer
Jenis ini diperuntukkan bagi individu yang membeli dan menjual secara online, rekening dapat digunakan untuk menerima pembayaran yang didanai dari kartu kredit ataupun debit

Rekening Bisnis
Jenis ini diperuntukkan bagi pedagang yang menggunakan nama kelompok atau perusahaan, rekening dapat digunakan untuk menerima pembayaran yang didanai dari kartu kredit ataupun debit

Paypal tidak mengenakan biaya jika anda memindahkan sejumlah uang anda dari rekening bank anda ke rekening Paypal tetapi Paypal akan mengenakan biaya untuk transaksi tertentu, seperti :

• Menarik uang dari rekening Paypal ke rekening bank di Indonesia dengan miminal kurang dari Rp. 1.500.000 akan dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp. 16.000. sedangkan jika jumlah nominalnya lebih dari nilai tersebut akan dibebaskan dari biaya.
• Jika melakukan transaksi dengan mata uang yang berbeda, anda akan dikenakan biaya sebesar 2,5 % dari nilai kurs grosir yang dianggap sebagai keuntungan bagi Paypal dalam pertukaran mata uang.
• Untuk rekening jenis primer dan bisnis akan dikenakan biaya antara 2,5% sampai 3,4 % ditambah dengan 0,3 USD tergantung nilai penjualan bulanan anda

Bagaimana memakai jasa Paypal ?

Setelah membuat account atau rekening di Paypal, terlebih dahulu anda harus memverifikasi kartu kredit anda sebelum dapat memulai transaksi online. Kemudian saldo rekening Paypal anda dapat diisi melalui rekening bank anda. Sayang untuk mengisi rekening Paypal tidak bisa dilakukan dari bank di Indonesia tetapi dari bank di Amerika Serikat. Tapi anda tidak usah khawatir karena anda juga bisa-link nya dengan kartu kredit anda.

Menarik dana dari Paypal 

Jika anda peserta dari program referral yang bekerja sama dengan Paypal, misalnya anda dapat menarik komisi anda melalui bank di Indonesia dengan cara mendaftarkan rekening bank anda. Berikut adalah caranya :

• Setelah anda log in ke rekening Paypal anda, klik tab Tarik
• Pilih Tarik dana ke rekening Bank di Indonesia
• Pilih tambah rekening bank
• Anda akan diminta memasukkan data pribadi sesuai dengan data rekening anda di bank yaitu nama bank, kode bank (sebanyak 7 digit) dan nomor rekening bank anda.

7 digit kode bank yang harus dimasukkan pada kolom kode bank adalah, 3 angka pertama adalah kode bank diatas ditambah dengan 4 angka kode cabang. Untuk kode cabang anda harus menanyakannya ke bank tempat anda membuka rekening. Tetapi untuk bank BCA biasanya 4 angka pertama dari nomor rekening anda adalah kode cabang bank tersebut.

Beberapa hal yang perlu diingat untuk penarikan uang dari rekening Paypal ke rekening bank anda :

• Ada jumlah penarikan minimum untuk Paypal.
• Jika penarikan gagal karena data yang anda berikan tidak sesuai yang mengakibatkan penarikan gagal anda akan dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp 50.000

Mengirim uang melalui rekening Paypal 

Untuk mengirim uang lakukan langkah sebagai berikut :
- Setelah anda log in ke rekening Paypal anda, klik tab Kirim
- Masukkan rekening Paypal tujuan (email yang terdaftar sebagai pengguna Paypal
- Masukkan jumlah uang yang akan dikirim
- Pilih mata uang yang anda pilih
